In their 60+ years combined experience, Ruben and Karyl have seen good markets and bad. They're still here - and through it all they've learned how to help their clients in all market conditions. There's not much they haven't seen when it comes to financing, marketing, negotiating and all other aspects of buying and selling real estate. They are knowledgeable enough for the savvy investor and yet remain understanding of the needs of a first time buyer. They are proficient in marketing, analysis, negotiating and are constantly educating themselves to the changing market.

With 18 years living and working in the Prescott 'quad-cities', they know the area well. With the great variety here in terrain (from mountain forest to high desert to prairie) and homes (from Victorian-era to Southwestern styles to log cabins), their experience will help them find the perfect property for you.

Ruben Guzman, Associate Broker, was licensed in Southern California in 1978. He worked in the Los Angeles/Orange County area prior to moving to Prescott in 1994. He has three beautiful and wonderful children: a daughter who lives with her family in Ashland, Oregon; another daughter in Orange County and a son in Phoenix, AZ.

Karyl Moore is also an Associate Broker and received her license in Arizona in 1982. She worked in the Metro Phoenix area prior to moving to Prescott in 1994. Her handsome son lives in Spartanburg, South Carolina where he lives happily with his beautiful wife.
