Summary:

We talked to several agents and found Ruben & Karyl on line and for some reason it just felt right. After asking several questions Karyl got back with detailed and concise responses that indicated her grasp of the current market conditions that would affect our purchasing dollars.

We gave them a housing budget and they did not vary from those limitations until requested to do so. As we were moving to the Prescott area and not familiar with the quirks that all areas have, Ruben and Karyl did not shy away from giving an honest opinion so that not only did we find a home to fit, but also the area that we would be happy in for years to come.

Summary:

I feel so lucky to have found Karyl just by chance thru the internet more than a year before being anywhere near serious about buying a house in a city which I had never even visited. Eventually I did come out and met with more than one realtor. It was very clear from the begining that Karyl listened and actually understood what sort of house we wanted and how much we were willing to pay for it. She did not waste time showing us properties we either couldn't afford or didn't like.

In this crazy real estate market the team of Karyl and Ruben have helped me keep my sanity. They know their stuff and know how to explain it. They have guided us thru every step of the process even tho we were two thousand miles away.

I have already recommended and introduced them to another couple looking for a place in Prescott who found them to be a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable about the area. These are relatives we will have to see often and I still felt safe doing it. Enough said!

Summary:

Ruben and Karyl complement each other making a great team. Ruben is a very straight forward, tell it like it is advisor, but very kind and if appropriate empathetic.
